MVS at HVC
We offer both orthopedic and soft tissue surgery at Hampstead Veterinary Center. When surgery is urgent, it’s not feasible to arrange for surgery at a pet’s primary care practice, or we don’t already visit a chosen practice, we are glad to be able to invite you to see us at Hampstead Veterinary Center.
Teamwork
Dr. Arthur and Dr. Weaver have worked closely together since 2012, after meeting at a Maryland Veterinary Medical Association conference where Dr. Arthur was a speaker.
Location
Hampstead Veterinary Center outgrew its previous location and moved to its current perfect hospital in 2022. The building is just one block from Main Street and was Hampstead’s post office in its previous life.
Independence
Mobile Veterinary Surgery and Hampstead Veterinary Center are both independent small businesses without corporate investment. We’re proud of our roles in our community and of doing our best for our patients, clients, team members, and profession.
Financing
We know that the cost of veterinary specialty care is significant and continuing to rise. While there are inherent costs in providing specialty care with skilled staff members and quality supplies, we work to keep costs fair and consistent.
Care Credit offers financing for veterinary care. The online application is straightforward, and approved credit can be used immediately.
Pet insurance is becoming increasingly important as veterinary costs rise. Please choose plans with high limits and enroll your pets right away. Your primary care veterinarian may have additional information about different companies and plans. We hope you will enroll pets immediately, as soon as they come into your home, because unexpected things can happen right away without warning, even to puppies or kittens.
